Yes, the UltraScope is just a PCIe card with drivers that you have to install. When you do not have an SDI output from you Avid system this is no solution. I'll try the NDI option though and get back to you I really wish we had a docking panel for scopes, that would solve this for me. Likewise, I don't have enough PCIe slots for a second I/O card. This can be achieved by looping the SDI/HDMI signal back to the same computer so that the signal is visible to Nobe OmniScope. OmniScope can be used on the same system as your DaVinci Resolve installation without using the OFX plugin but rather through SDI/HDMI signal. But I didn't find it to be compatible with Avid Media Composer.
